Follow the steps below to remove gridlines from a table in Google Docs.
1. Right-Click to Open the Table Properties Menu
Right-click on the selected table to bring up a menu, and select “Table properties.” This menu contains options for customizing the table’s appearance, including removing gridlines.
2. Change Border Settings to Remove Gridlines
In the Table properties, click “Color.”
Under the Color tab, locate the Table border section and set the border color to “White.”
Or, you can set the border width by clicking the dropdown arrow.
Then choose “0 pt.” Either option will make the gridlines disappear from view.
3. Click “x” and View Changes
Press “x” to exit the Table properties settings.
The gridlines will no longer appear in your document. Verify the table looks correct, just like the image below.
