2. Access the ‘Insert Table’ Menu from the Toolbar

Go to the toolbar at the top of your screen, click on Insert, then hover over Table. From the dropdown menu, choose the size of the table that corresponds to the number of columns you need. In our example, we must select a table with four columns and three rows.
